A moist and tender yogurt bread made with almond flour, perfect for any meal or snack.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and olive oil if using.
  3. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan briefly before transferring to a wire rack; let cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Check the freshness of your baking powder to ensure good rising. Can be customized with herbs, cheese, nuts, or even a hint of sweetness.
