Delightful teriyaki chicken wraps packed with succulent chicken and fresh veggies, perfect for picnics or quick dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the chicken with teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Stir until every piece is coated.
  2. Prepare the tortillas on a clean surface.
  3. Add a portion of teriyaki chicken to the center of each tortilla.
  4. Pile on the shredded lettuce, grated carrots, cucumber slices, and chopped green onions.
  5. Drizzle extra teriyaki sauce over the top (optional).
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  7. Slice the wraps in half, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to save time. Feel free to customize with favorite fillings.
