  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup mixed crisp vegetables (e.g., lettuce, bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: cilantro, avocado, or other toppings

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with sweet chili sauce until well coated.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  3. Layer each tortilla with the mixed crisp vegetables.
  4. Add a portion of the sweet chili chicken mixture on top of the vegetables.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle any optional toppings.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
