A comforting twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich featuring sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach, and creamy ricotta.

Ingredients

  • Bread (your choice)
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Fresh spinach
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer sun-dried tomatoes, fresh spinach, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese on the unbuttered side.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the fillings.
  5. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
