A deliciously stuffed chicken breast filled with creamy cheese and vibrant spinach, perfect for family dinners.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Carefully cut a pocket in each chicken breast using a sharp knife.
  4. Generously stuff each chicken breast pocket with the cheese mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear each stuffed chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Serve the hot stuffed chicken immediately.

Notes

Try adding fresh herbs or different cheeses for variation. Remember to check for doneness using a meat thermometer.
