Delightful bars filled with fresh strawberries and creamy white chocolate, embodying the essence of summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or drizzled with chocolate. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days; can be frozen for up to 2 months.
