Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the softened butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until creamy and smooth. Spread the mixture over the rolled-out dough.
  5. Sprinkle chopped strawberries evenly on top and dust with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  6. Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log. Cut into rolls, each about 1 to 2 inches thick.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
