A creamy, savory baked feta dip with spinach and pepperoncini that’s perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 block of feta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center.
  3. Surround the feta with chopped spinach and sliced pepperoncini.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is softened and slightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven, stir gently to combine flavors, and serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.

Notes
