A delicious pizza that combines creamy artichoke and spinach with a cheesy topping for a delightful twist on the classic.

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spread the creamy garlic mixture generously over the pizza dough.
  4. Top with the chopped artichoke hearts and fresh spinach.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.

Notes

For a crispy crust, preheat your pizza stone for at least 30 minutes before placing the dough on it. Feel free to experiment with different cheese blends or add herbs for extra flavor.
