Ingredients
Scale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pieces grilled chicken breasts
1 piece avocado, sliced
4 large tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Sour cream or salsa (optional for serving)
Instructions
Mix the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. If using leftover grilled chicken, heat it slightly and toss it in the seasoning mix until coated.
Heat your tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and pliable.
Add a handful of shredded lettuce to a warm tortilla, followed by sliced grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, and sprinkle of shredded cheese if desired.
Place slices of avocado on top just before wrapping.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom up to create a snug wrap. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
Serve immediately with sour cream or salsa for added flavor.
Notes
Use leftover grilled chicken to save time and effort. For extra spice, add hot sauce to the avocado or on top before serving.
