Delicious handheld pockets filled with spicy chicken, creamy cheese, and wrapped in flaky pastry, perfect for game day or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits or puff pastry
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the refrigerated biscuits or puff pastry on a floured surface.
  4. Cut the dough into circles or squares using a round cutter or knife.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough piece. Fold over and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Bake the pockets for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

For a golden finish, brush the tops with melted butter before baking.
