Delightfully soft cookies that combine the flavors of cheesecake with fresh blueberries and berries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract until evenly distributed.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the blueberries and chopped fresh berries gently.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space in between.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

These cookies can be served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat!
