A delightful cake that combines the classic flavors of s’mores with fluffy cake, perfect for gatherings or a cozy evening treat.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers for topping
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Don’t forget to grease and flour your cake pan to keep that delicious goodness from sticking!
  2. In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together until everything is evenly blended.
  3. Cream together the softened butter, 2 large eggs, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the milk, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  4. Carefully fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  5. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers generously on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan. Drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
