  • 1 tablespoon milk or cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs, miso paste, and milk until smooth and well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add the butter.
  3. Once the butter is melted and bubbly, pour in the egg mixture.
  4. Stir gently, pushing the eggs from the edges to the center until they just begin to set but remain slightly runny.
  5. Take the skillet off the heat before the eggs are fully cooked.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chives or green onions if desired.

Notes
