Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for the waffle maker

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well until creamy.
  2. Preheat your waffle maker to medium-high heat and grease it with cooking spray.

  4. Remove the cooked chaffle and repeat with the remaining mixture.
