Warm, cheesy roll-ups filled with sausage and eggs, perfect for a quick and delicious breakfast.

  • 6 breakfast sausage links (fully cooked)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the fully cooked sausage links and heat through.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the warm sausage. Scramble until the eggs are cooked through.
  5. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangular sections.
  6. Place a spoonful of the sausage and egg mixture on each triangle, adding a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle up towards the point.
  8. Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions, about 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or oven for best results.
