  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the torn croissants evenly across the prepared baking dish.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the croissants.
