A bright and elegant raspberry mousse that transforms dessert into an unforgettable experience.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin (optional, for stability)

Instructions

  1. Puree the raspberries and granulated sugar until smooth and strain through a fine sieve.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Beat the egg whites and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  4. Dissolve gelatin in warm water and mix into raspberry puree if using.
  5. Fold the raspberry mixture into the whipped cream and then fold in the beaten egg whites.
  6. Spoon into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
