  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Optional toppings: Extra lemon zest, Crushed graham crackers, White chocolate drizzle, Fresh berries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth.
  2. Add the yogurt, powdered sugar or honey, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix until creamy and fully combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into a layer about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle with additional lemon zest or your desired toppings, adding that personal flair.
  5. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours, or until fully firm.
  6. Remove from the freezer and break into pieces or cut into squares.
  7. Serve immediately or return to the freezer until ready to enjoy.
