These breakfast rolls feature a delightful combination of savory ground sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheese wrapped in soft, flaky crescent dough.

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
  2. Cook the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Scramble the beaten eggs with the sausage, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut it into rectangular pieces.
  5. Place a spoonful of the sausage and egg mixture onto each rectangle, then sprinkle with cheese.
