A fluffy and nostalgic dessert that transforms Greek yogurt and chocolate cookies into a protein-packed treat.

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 6 Cream-Filled Chocolate Cookies (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened whipped topping, Greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein powder, and instant vanilla pudding in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Whip the mixture with a hand mixer until smooth, evenly blended, and fluffy.
  3. Fold in the crushed cream-filled chocolate cookies gently with a rubber spatula until evenly distributed.
  4. Chill the mixture in a serving dish for at least 120 minutes to allow flavors to meld and texture to set.
