  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of cheese (mozzarella or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Butter for grilling
  • Toppings of your choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Heat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Start grilling with one slice buttered side down.
  4. Build your sandwich with cheese, pizza sauce, seasoning, and toppings.
  5. Close it up with the second slice, butter side up.
  6. Flip the sandwich after 3-4 minutes until both sides are golden.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy every delicious bite!
