A luxurious blend of creamy peanut butter and cold brew coffee, topped with whipped cream for a delightful morning treat.

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Ice cubes
  • Chocolate shavings (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend the coffee and peanut butter: In a blender, combine 1 cup of cold brew coffee, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip 1/2 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold it together: Slowly fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter coffee mixture until well combined.
  4. Assemble your drink: Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the peanut butter cream cold brew over the ice.
  5. Garnish and serve: Top with chocolate shavings if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream.
