Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate spread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Butter or oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for serving (optional)
  • Syrup for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Spread peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread and chocolate spread on the opposite side.
  3. Make a sandwich by placing one slice on top of another with spreads facing each other.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  5. Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  6. Cook in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
