A delightful loaf of Parmesan Herb Keto Bread that’s low in carbs and bursting with flavor, perfect for slathering with butter or pairing with soups.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, finely grated Parmesan cheese, baking powder, oregano, basil, thyme, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the three large eggs until light and frothy.
  4. Pour the whisked eggs into the dry ingredients and mix until a thick, cohesive dough forms.
  5. Grease a baking pan to prevent sticking.
  6. Transfer the combined dough into the greased baking pan, smoothing the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.

Notes

Add a splash of olive oil for a softer texture. You can substitute dried herbs with fresh ones at a ratio of 3:1.
