Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (or almond milk)
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup nuts or raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the rolled oats, milk, diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Mix the egg mixture into the oat mixture until evenly combined.
  5. Add nuts or raisins if using, and stir into the mixture.
  6. Pour the oat mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is set and golden brown.
