Delicious no-bake cookie dough bites that are chewy, decadent, and easy to make for a quick snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix the ingredients until well combined, forming a dough.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and fold them in until evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls about the size of a tablespoon.
  5. Chill the cookie dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
