A delightful No-Bake Cheesecake that’s creamy, rich, and perfect for summer gatherings, topped with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Fresh strawberries for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by beating the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  3. Sweeten the whipped cream by gradually adding the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the whipped cream mixture gently into the cream cheese until well mixed.
  5. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  6. Firmly press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  7. Add the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Can be frozen up to a month.
