Delicious fluffy pancakes infused with the warm flavors of cinnamon rolls, perfect for brunch or a special treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (optional for topping)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional for topping)
  • 12 tablespoons milk (optional for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Gather your dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl: milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed, leaving a few lumps.
  4. Create the cinnamon sugar swirl by mixing brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the griddle.
  7. Swirl in the cinnamon mixture on top of the batter before it sets.
  8. Let the pancakes rise until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  9. Mix the optional cream cheese topping until smooth.
  10. Serve your pancakes warm with syrup and enjoy!

Notes

Leftover pancakes can be refrigerated for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or toaster oven.
