A delicious quiche with a crispy hash brown crust filled with smoky bacon and rich cheddar cheese.

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Press the hash browns firmly into the bottom and sides of a greased pie dish.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Spread the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar over the hash brown crust.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
  7. Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
  8. Cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
