  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan, ensuring every nook and cranny is coated.
  2. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
  9. Prepare the glaze by beating the cream cheese until smooth, then adding the powdered sugar and milk.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake before serving.
