A delicious and easy recipe for Mississippi pot roast sliders that combines rich, savory flavors with the convenience of sliders, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Mississippi pot roast (beef)
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 56 slices of provolone cheese
  • Slider buns
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the Mississippi pot roast in a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the top.
  3. Add the unsalted butter on top of the roast.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the meat with two forks, mixing in some of the flavorful juices.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing the shredded beef on slider buns, topping it with provolone cheese and pickles if desired.
  7. Serve immediately while the cheese is melty and the buns are warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
