  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cut in the chilled, cubed butter until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.
  4. Form small portions of dough into mini muffin tins to create cups.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  6. Whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  7. Fill the cooled pastry cups with whipped cream.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar and serve chilled.
