Delicious mini burgers that capture the flavors of a Big Mac in bite-sized form, perfect for summer gatherings and casual dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 sesame seed hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine ground beef, diced onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix gently.
  3. Form small patties from the beef mixture, making them roughly the size of the buns.
  4. Grill the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
  7. Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom bun, add a cheesy patty, then pickles, and top with the top bun.
  8. Serve warm.
