  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the lemon cake mix, cream cheese, melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and lemon zest in a large mixing bowl.
