A delicious sandwich filled with tender chicken coated in Korean BBQ sauce, topped with coleslaw and served on toasted buns.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Coat the chicken in a bowl with the Korean BBQ sauce until well coated.
  2. Toast the hamburger buns lightly.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
  4. Add a generous amount of BBQ chicken on each bun.
  5. Top with coleslaw mix and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and cover with the top half of the bun.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your sandwich!

Notes

Can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Mix the chicken with BBQ sauce a day in advance for better flavor.
