Delicious and nutritious Keto Turkey Meatballs that are satisfying and healthy, perfect for a quick dinner or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Sauté the meatballs in heated olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until all sides are browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Simmer marinara sauce over the meatballs, covering them fully. Lower the heat, cover, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy with zoodles, a fresh salad, or simply on their own.
