  • 1 head Broccoli Florets
  • 12 oz Sliced Beef Sausage
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Lightly steam broccoli and cauliflower florets.
  2. Cook the Sausage: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add onion, and sauté until translucent. Then, add garlic and beef sausage, cooking until browned.
  3. Make the Sauce: Blend cream cheese and heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Layer steamed vegetables in a baking dish, top with sausage mixture, and pour creamy sauce over everything.
  5. Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously on top.
