A creamy and spicy dip that’s perfect for gatherings, made with cheese and jalapeños.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add in the shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well.
  4. Fold in the diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish if desired.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt or sour cream. Adjust heat level with more or fewer jalapeños.
