  • 1 loaf of Italian bread
  • 4 oz salami, sliced
  • 4 oz ham, sliced
  • 4 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise.
  2. Layer the salami, ham, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the bread.
  3. Add shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onion, and banana peppers on top.
  4. Prepare the dressing by whisking olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the sandwich fillings.
  6. Top with the other half of the bread and press down gently.
  7. Slice the sandwich into portions and serve immediately.
