This stuffed chicken breast incorporates a creamy filling of cream cheese, spinach, and mozzarella, delivering a rich and comforting dish reminiscent of Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff generously with the cheese mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear each stuffed chicken breast for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
