Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast
  • 1 3/4 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, or parsley)
  • Flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil to the dry mixture, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Pour the dough onto a greased baking sheet and spread it out with your fingers.
  6. Create dimples on the surface of the dough using your fingers.
  7. Sprinkle fresh herbs and flaky sea salt over the dimpled surface.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
