  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil pesto, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Cook the meatballs in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
