A rich and creamy Alfredo sauce combined with tender blackened chicken, offering a delightful dance of flavors.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with blackening seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and blackened.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve fettuccine topped with slices of blackened chicken and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For best results, ensure your skillet is sufficiently hot for a perfect blackened crust. Let the chicken rest before slicing for juicier meat.
