  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions
