Sweet and savory steak bites enveloped in a honey garlic glaze, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
  2. Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the steak soaks, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade (reserve the liquid) and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the marinated steak bites to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  6. Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and bring to a simmer, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the steak overnight. Can be served with rice or vegetables.
