Delicious high protein waffles that are easy to make and perfect for a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 30g protein powder
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the oats and blend until a flour-like consistency is achieved.
  2. Add protein powder, baking powder, salt, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. Preheat a waffle iron and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For added flavor, you can add cocoa powder or cinnamon. Use certified gluten-free oats for a gluten-free version.
