4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter (for mac & cheese)
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Chicken: Heat 4 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.
Prepare the Macaroni: While the chicken is cooking, boil a pot of water and cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and return to the pot.
Create the Cheesy Sauce: Add 2 tablespoons of butter, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese to the drained macaroni. Stir gently until melted and creamy.
