  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked to al dente perfection, drain it and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, and drain off any excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and sauté until fragrant and the onion turns translucent.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer, allowing the mixture to thicken slightly.
  5. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and creamy, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the beef and cream mixture, stirring until every strand is coated.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
