A nutritious and comforting bake combining cottage cheese, apples, and cinnamon, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and baking powder until smooth.
  3. Fold in diced apples, rolled oats, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
